How To Spot A Great Life Coach
I want you to develop a strong respect for the Life Coach career - this isn’t some “woo woo” wacky backy weekend warrior affair with no credibility or value. This is a profession that profoundly impacts people when done well, and you deserve to be paid well if you can do that.
If you’re like me, you probably want high quality training from a reputable Coaching company with a good reputation, at an affordable price. Right? Not asking much, are we? Now personally I looked at a number of providers, and I eventually settled on one. I spoke to Coaches, I shopped around, but what it boiled down to was this - the ONLY Life Coaches that impressed me were ones whose clients were impressed. If you want to find a good Coach, find someone who’s being Coached and is achieving their goals.
The mark of a good Coach is the result the client gets.
When I meet someone who’s successful, balanced, evolved and is charging forward and loving it, I want to know the name of their Coach. And where did THEY train?
The common denominator is the people I spoke to was this - they’d trained with CoachU.
So I’ll make no apologies for this - this site is both a site about Coaching, and an introduction to the extremely high standard of coaching available through Thomas Leonard’s Coach University. I hope that’s OK with you, but there’s really nowhere else I’d recommend you go for training. Now note, there are loads of great books, home study programmes and resources all over the place that I’ll be recommending [some of them are mine!] but for the training part - I recommend Coach U.

Live teleseminar classes in the evenings when it was quiet. I did it over 3 years - you could do it faster if you want to.
