			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hypnosis is a proven method of deep relaxation that is used for creating inner changes in our thoughts, emotions and behaviours. It is also a medically recognised tool for controlling pain and reducing stress. The most common form of hypnosis these days is self hypnosis. This is a self-induced state of deep relaxation attained by either listening to a recording or by bringing yourself into a trance.</p>
<p> It is fairly easy to learn self hypnosis and, as with everything else in life, &#8220;practise makes perfect!&#8221;  The key is to take it easy. Approach the subject with a playfulness. Do not try too hard to enter into trance for this defeats the whole purpose of hypnosis. You are going to learn how to bring yourself into a profoundly relaxed state and trying to force it to happen only makes you tense and has the reverse effect.</p>
<p> A major part in the art of self hypnosis is learning to let the hypnotic state take over by itself. Try not to analyze what is happening. When you keep the conscious mind engaged in analyzing you will find it hard to go from the beta brainwave state (conscious waking decision making) to the alpha brainwave state (the deeply relaxed state of light trance where most hypnosis subjects stay). Just allow yourself to relax. It is your body’s natural state to relax when you perform certain mental and physical actions (which I will teach you shortly), so don’t fight it by trying to figure out how or why it is happening.</p>
<p> Do not get discouraged or think nothing is happening if you don’t feel much change at first or if progress appears to be slow. After some practise you will find entering a state of self-induced trance become easy and natural as you teach your body and mind to relax.</p>
<p> Don’t expect to be an expert right off the bat! Expecting yourself to be as good as Paul McKenna or Dick Sutphen on your first attempt is setting yourself up for frustration. It takes time to learn hypnosis and unless you are truly fortunate it will take time to teach your body and mind to let go and enter this state effortlessly - but it will happen.</p>
<p> Remember that there are various ways to experience hypnosis and no two people will experience trance in exactly the same way. So expect your experience to be the same as someone else’s!</p>
<p> It is a good idea to set aside a regular time to practice your new skills. Give yourself the gift of 15 to 30 minutes everyday or every other day to practise self hypnosis. Make sure you will not be disturbed and that your environment is quiet. You may be surprised that you do not actually get sleepy or fall asleep during hypnosis, although the body does enter into that type of relaxed posture.</p>
<p> You may find that initially you tend to fall asleep while practising self hypnosis. If this happens just practise at an earlier time when you are less fatigued until you perfect the technique. If falling asleep is still a problem then practise it while sitting in an upright chair.</p>
<p> Before you begin set an intention for the session. Do you want more confidence, higher self-esteem, the perfect relationship or an improvement in your finances? You will now use one of two techniques which will be used as post hypnotic suggestions. Create some positive affirmations that state you are already they you wish to be or you are already in possession of your desire and memorize them. If this seems like too much work then just imagine you already have your desire and make a mental movie of it. See yourself experiencing it as if it were happening now. You will use one of these techniques when you enter trance to reprogram your subconscious mind!</p>
<p> Begin by sitting or lying comfortably. Keep your head straight, pointing forward, but look up at a spot on the wall - do not bend your neck. Your eyes should be looking slightly up. Breath in to the count of five and out to the count of five. This will cause your body to let go of tensions and stresses. Now curl your toes on both feet and tense them while you inhale to the count of five. Now relax on your exhale to the count of five. Move up to your legs. Tense them and relax. Keep breathing in to the count of five and out to the count of five. Now tense your whole pelvic and buttock region. And relax. All the time breathing deeply. Move up to your stomach, then your chest, neck, face and head, repeating the tensing and relaxing procedure while breathing deeply. Allow your eyes to close naturally at any time during this relaxation exercise. You will find that within a very short period of time it takes more and more effort to keep them open.</p>
<p> Once your eyes are shut and you have relaxed your entire body, imagine that you are at the top of a winding dark staircase with ten steps. Keep breathing deeply to the count of five. Move down to the first step, noticing that you can only see a few steps ahead of you as the rest are shrouded in a calm still darkness. Mentally say the word 10. Now move to the next step and mentally say 9. Then the next saying 8. Move progressively down the steps until you reach the bottom. During this exercise you can allow your breathing to return to normal or keep the deep breathing up if you prefer.</p>
<p> Once you have reached the bottom imagine there is a large wooden door in front of you walk towards it and open it. On the other side you find a moving escalator going down. Move onto it and feel it bringing you down, down, down. Deeper, deeper, down.</p>
<p> When you reach the bottom imagine you can walk slightly forward until you find yourself in a quiet relaxing setting. Just let it appear. It may be a garden, a beach, a forest or a favourite place from childhood. It could  be anywhere. Just allow your subconscious mind to show you where you are. Relax in whatever way seems appropriate to you in that special place.</p>
<p> At this stage you can mentally give yourself post hypnotic suggestions in the form of “I am….”, or “I allow____ to enter my life with ease” etc. If you prefer not to have to remember mentally spoken instructions then recall your visualization and place yourself inside it! This is important see the scene through YOUR eyes as though it were a memory. Do not visualize yourself in the scene the way you would see another person. Experience it from your perspective. Do this for as long as it is enjoyable.</p>
<p> Once you have finished and are ready to return to normal waking consciousness, simply count back from 10 to 1 and mentally say “wide awake, wide awake”. Stretch, give yourself a few seconds to re-adjust to your surroundings and then go about your daily activities.</p>
<p> You will find this short exercise in self hypnosis most beneficial, rejuvenating and life-altering!</p>

Even though he wasn&#8217;t sure why his mind was telling him this, he still went with it during one of the roughest parts of his life. By the movies end, he was making more money then he ever even dreamed, which wasn&#8217;t his initial reason for building a baseball field in the first place.</p>
<p> I apologize if you haven&#8217;t seen this movie before, but trust me, I didn&#8217;t really give that much away. It&#8217;s a great feel good story and one that can teach us a valuable lesson about <a target="_blank" href="http://www.mindpower-info.com/subconscious-mind-power/">subconscious mind power</a>. If you truly believe in what it tells you, then it will happen. However, you must train it to change your life for the better, not for worse.</p>
<p> Scientists have been looking into this for quite some time. Whether it was testing various people with the Placebo Effect, giving them visual pictures to acknowledge, or researching ancient religions, it has all been beneficial. Just understanding the whole process is a masterful thing in itself, but utilizing it can make all the difference in your life.</p>
<p> You may have been subject to it and not even known. Doctors are very good at staying positive when they&#8217;re with a patient. Rarely will you find someone like House who is sarcastic and gives you every dying detail. Instead, they will focus on the positive and that the medication or procedure they&#8217;re prescribing is the right answer.</p>
<p> It really is unfortunate that we didn&#8217;t figure this out sooner. If everyone knew how to take advantage of the power inside their subconscious mind, you would have seen history rewritten. Would JFK or Abraham Lincoln been assassinated? Would the U.S. actually go to war in Vietnam? Would scientists been able to cure diseases much quicker? <p> You can use visualization to change the way you see things, too. Visualization is a very simple technique that really, really works. You can do this in a couple of different ways. Number one, close your eyes and visualize in your mind&#8217;s eye what you want, seeing it as though it were right there in front of you.</p>
<p> Once you&#8217;ve made progress there, you will want to focus on a more physical approach. Maybe you&#8217;re about to have a baby and haven&#8217;t been keeping up with the preparation of a new child. So cut out a picture of a room you would like to decorate and place it on the front door of where the room is supposed to be. Make a copy of it and put a picture in your car or at work. Doing so will give you the constant visualization to unlock the subconscious mind and allow it to happen.</p>
<p> These traits have withstood the test of time and are only being recognized more so today. It&#8217;s been thousands of years since ancient religions continuously trained their subconscious mind and opened up the power behind it. Hopefully we will continue to embrace the positive effects it can have on our lives as a society.</p>
<p> A scientific field called quantum physics has shown that matter is no longer solid at the subatomic level and simply becomes pure energy. And, quantum physics has shown that the mind can actually manipulate this energy. In fact, quantum physics has actually proven that the energy itself does not exist UNLESS it is observed.</p>
<p> What does that mean? Matter or energy exists because it is observed, and for no other reason. It is the mind of the observer that makes the matter exist, and not the other way around. In short, matter; and reality itself; is actually a creation of the mind. This is truly &#8217;subconscious mind power&#8217; at its essence.</p>
<p> Can you imagine if you were able to go from a 9 to 5 job making - an hour, to something that doubled your paychecks? It&#8217;s possible, but it all starts with you. Just remember to place these affirmations around your home, work, car, wallet, purse, or anywhere you will see it several times throughout the day.</p>
<p> Wouldn&#8217;t you like to give this a try? Change your life just by thinking about it. Harness the power of your subconscious mind and use it to your advantage instead of simply being at its whim. For the next week, visualize or use affirmations to positively change your life and see what happens. Start small at first so that you can prove to yourself that it works, and then ultimately go on to create the life you want; all with the power of your subconscious mind.</p>

Hypnosis is a process which not only makes you self-motivated, but also helps you address any issue that might be staring you in the face. You might be considering how to lose weight and become shapelier. You might be wondering how to kick the butt, and have a smoke free life. You might even be wondering how to make that presentation at office without stuttering and breaking into a cold sweat.</p>
<p> But can hypnosis really help you in addressing these situations in life? Your memory tells you that hypnosis is for magicians; it’s somehow connected to voodoo and black magic. Hey! Isn’t hypnosis what the evil doctor did to that poor heroine in that Hollywood flick? I often find myself smiling whenever people approach me with these apprehensions. So I decided that I should write an article dispelling all these myths about hypnotherapy, and demonstrate to you how incredibly hypnosis for designing the perfect life works.</p>
<p> In my career of nearly a decade, I have had the opportunity to meet scores of clients at my practice in Oxfordshire in UK. We have together worked on solutions to their problems, ranging from divorces, business failure to drug addiction. People come to me for a variety of reasons – some people’s problems are more ‘on the surface’, for instance weight watchers, smokers, people with a drinking problem; some on the other hand have more deep rooted issues, which could deal with their self image, traumatic experiences in their life, divorce, deaths, career decisions etc. Together I and my clients have discovered that through regular practice of hypnotherapy methods, we can make a HUGE difference to our lives. Hypnosis for designing the perfect life is no joke, it can happen to you; all it takes is a little bit of patience and practice.</p>
<p> Moving on to breaking the myths related to hypnosis – it is not practiced by magicians; it is more a scientific and medical complementary therapy. Another very popular notion about hypnotherapy is that is for “weak-minded people, who allow other people to control them”. Nothing could be more untrue. The synopsis if you will is to simply believe in yourself and believe that you do deserve the good things in life. These things include wealth, happiness and love, and the road to them is driven by positive thinking. For generations people have abided by this simple but crucial law and have enjoyed the fruits of their thinking patterns.</p>
<p> The very best thing about the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.abundance-info.com">law of abundance</a> is the fact that it is so simple. You may not want to believe it but everything you have at this point in your life and everything that you are is a direct result of the thoughts you have had over the past several years. Sadly, all the things that are lacking in your life are a result of what you believe as well.</p>
<p> Tomorrow when you get out of bed the law of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.abundance-info.com/abundance/">abundance</a> is automatically at work. Failing to take advantage of the &#8216;powers that be&#8217; in your life is the biggest problem.</p>
<p> You can have all that you have ever dreamed of by simply taking a look at what you already have. When you learn to appreciate what you got, only then can things begin to multiply.</p>
<p> For the pessimistic individual this piece of common sense is going to seem like an insurmountable object. If it helps just keep in mind that all you are really doing is breaking a bad habit, you have established in your life. You see, the law of abundance does not have to be a difficult thing at all.</p>
<p> When you awake each day, you have the ability to create multiple opportunities for happiness and wealth. When you greet the day in a foul mood however you are setting yourself up to experience disappointment and even failure. If you need some help along the way, try posting notes around the house about how successful and lucky you truly are.</p>
<p> Being open to this level of abundance, you will find there are so many things for you to attain. By not taking advantage of the law of abundance, people will foil their own success and wealth. If you truly want to prevent this, you must take control of your thought life. Make it a conscious decision to change the way you think.</p>
<p> Each time one of those negative thoughts creep into your mind, turn it around into something that will work for you. Some people find it beneficial to feed off their own negative thoughts. Doing this might be a much simpler way to make the law of abundance work out for you, especially if you are naturally pessimistic.</p>
<p> When your natural inclination is to always assume you are fat, you might try turning that statement around and saying &#8216;I am thankful I am fit and trim&#8217;. This type of positive energy will allow you to have whatever it is you are dreaming of because positive energy is contagious. Try this in the days ahead and see if abundance begins to flow in your life.</p>
<p> If you are prone to thinking, &#8216;I never have any money&#8217;, think instead &#8216;I have all that I need and more&#8217;, and watch your life increase in abundance drastically.</p>
<p> You must remember that making the law of abundance a force in your life is completely possible. You will be amazed at how well the power will work in your life once you decide to appreciate the things in your life currently. You will think something magical has come your way!</p>

Famous people like Albert Einstein and Joseph Addison knew how to use the law of attraction. Albert Einstein said that everything is energy. Experts in quantum physics claim that you are influencing everything around you. Whether you use it consciously or not, this law is constantly in action as the law of gravity.</p>
<p> Initially, agree with me that the law of gravity exists, regardless of your beliefs. This is also available for the Universal Laws. Not only that these laws exist, but they concern you directly. Of all the laws, the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.abundance-info.com/law-of-attraction/">law of attraction</a> is the most powerful one. It states that your thoughts and beliefs influence your life. Here&#8217;s how it works. When you focus your mind on what you want, the object of your desire is attracted to you.</p>
<p> Here are the principles of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.abundance-info.com/">the law of attraction</a>, which you can apply to attract luck in all areas of your life, as many others do:</p>
<p> The first thing you need to be aware when working with the law of attraction is that we attract desirable and undesirable events according to our thoughts, words, emotions and actions. Any energy that you project is perceived by others, whether it&#8217;s about anger, hatred, joy, sadness or happiness. For example, just think about the following expression: &#8216;The room is full of bad vibrations&#8217;. The fact is that we release constant vibrations that are transformed into positive or negative energies.</p>

Your statements are detailed images that you project to the universe.</p>
<p> Love yourself! Love and positive thoughts attract positive energies. The easiest and most effective way to accomplish your desires is to imagine that you have already obtained the object of your desire, that it is part of your everyday life. When you want something, you should focus your thoughts and attention on it; by thinking intensely, you are emitting vibrations that attract positive things to your life.</p>
<p> You can change everything in your life just by understanding the Law of Attraction, or by choosing deliberately to focus your thoughts and actions on positive things. Do anything that makes you happy. The main idea is to start thinking positively.</p>
<p> The law of attraction is effective if you take into account what you had until now and what you will have from now on. Act accordingly and mobilize yourself to become exactly as you want: rich, loved, healthy and so on. Everything around us is composed of energy, so learn to focus your thoughts on your desires, benefiting fully from the energy around you.</p>
<p> Learn to enjoy everything you have. Although it seems normal to have a good health or to live in a nice neighborhood, it has a great importance. Just think about all those people who don&#8217;t have a house of their own or who suffer from incurable diseases. That would make anything to be in your place. Be grateful and your positive thoughts will bring you even more happiness!</p>

Researchers and doctors alike say that we fixate on a trauma by replaying it over and over in our minds until the past event is now in our present always.</p>
<p> Let&#8217;s look at a report recently brought to our attention:</p>
<p> Janet, who is 40 years old, married with two children has never sat behind a wheel of a car because when she was a young girl she tragically lost her brother in a car accident. She was really afraid to drive because she convinced herself that she would also die if she drove a car. She would reply on many people to shuttle her back and forth in her life, but would never dare driving herself.</p>
<p> She has made all kinds of excuses not to drive throughout her life and depended on her husband, family members and friends to fetch the children from school and drive her to do her errands.</p>
<p> At the beginning of the session she was asked to relax and do some breathing exercises. When she felt totally relaxed the therapist instructed her to visualize a cinema with a comfortable seats, a big screen, lots of popcorn and candy around her and that she is going to star in a fantastic movie. This movie is going to be about her trauma and it will be in lots of detail. She also had to make her movie in black and white so the mind can relate to the old problem. She was then asked to start the movie with her first memory of the accident.</p>
<p> Once this memory would manifest, she was then asked to get up from her chair and stand in a spot where she could observe herself watching her movie. It was sort of an out of body visualization technique. She would then have to observe her feelings, emotions and facial expressions in detail.</p>
<p> Now that she is standing away from her movie and not playing in it, she was asked to slowly change aspects of the movie as it happened. It was suggested that she maybe change the black white into technicolor, and also to add her favorite song to it. Every time she would do this, she would rewind the movie and place an object in it. She could change anything in the movie as long as it is positive and rewind it has many times as she wished.</p>
<p> She ended up with a yellow beach buggy that blared a popular song by the Beach Boys. Her fear was eliminated and replaced with the <a target="_blank" href="http://trevsreviews.com/2009/04/01/ten-minute-phobia-cure-review/">NLP rewind technique</a> and she is now confident behind the wheel, so much so that she is hardly home any more!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am a person who at many times in my life have felt down and depressed about various issues that I have had in my life such as the fact that I had a speech impediment, stuttering. I was desperate to find a way to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.stutter-stuttering.com">stop stammering</a>/stuttering and was more than happy to work hard to achieve fluency.</p>
<p>From reading life coaching and positive thinking books, I realised I had to become a far stronger person, more care-free and to have more respect for myself. The new me was a person that was only going to go to places that I wanted to - no more accepting second best for me. This new found attitude would not be easy to carry off but I was determined to give it a go.</p>
<p>I was soon to be tested, it was at one of my friends(Ian)houses. He is a very successful business man; he sells <a target="_blank" href="http://www.justvaluedoors.com">front doors</a> for a living and can be quite an assertive person, he also works with a group of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.procurementgroup.co.uk">cost reduction experts</a>. He and some of the other &#8220;boys&#8221; had organised an evening out for the following weekend. There were numerous reasons why I did not want to go out on that particular night. Eventually Ian asked if I wanted to go and I said that I didn&#8217;t.</p>
<p>That answer was not enough for him and he proceeded to question my reasons for not wanting to go. Call me paranoid if you like but it was like everyone was staring at me and I began to feel really weird. Normally in this situation I would give some excuse but instead I asked him why I needed to give a reason and why my answer of no was not enough for him. To say that he was shocked would have been an understatement; he was actually speechless.</p>
<p>I am now a much more assertive person myself and I am pleased to report that I have now managed to overcome the stutter thanks mainly due to the expert therapy offered at the How To Stop Stammering Center in Birmingham.</p>
